Delete your TalkMaxxing account

You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time. We're sorry to see you go!

How to ask

1. Email faristheg@gmail.com with the subject Delete my TalkMaxxing account.
2. Send it from the email address you use to sign in (your Google or Apple email), so we know the account is yours.
3. We'll delete your account and confirm by email within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account (email address and name)
• Your lesson usage records

Your progress, XP, streak and welcome-question answers are stored only on your phone. They are removed when you delete the TalkMaxxing app. We never keep your voice recordings or transcripts, so there are none to delete.

What we keep

Nothing, unless the law requires us to keep a record (for example, of a payment, if paid plans are added in future).
